EmpowHER Outdoors fosters an environment where girls can discover a genuine sense of belonging and grow into the most empowered version of themselves.
Welcome to EmpowHER Outdoors, a girls-only, after-school program designed by Squeaky Boots LLC, a woman-owned and operated company!
What is EmpowHER Outdoors ?
Our program offers girls a unique opportunity to connect with nature, think creatively, develop a personal love for the outdoors, and build community.
What is included in EmpowHER Outdoors?
This empowering club spans seven weeks and concludes with an unforgettable, all-inclusive, one-night backpacking trip. Girls will flourish in Chattanooga's renowned trail systems, engaging with nature and discovering its wonders while building a sense of conservation and self-discovery. Prioritizing the development of social and emotional skills, the club assists girls in their own journey of growth, independence, and self-care.
Led by experienced instructors, participants will explore native plants and animals; learn camping and backpacking skills; engage in interactive conservation and team-building activities; and form life-long friendships.
Our why
Our ultimate goal is to empower girls to become the best versions of themselves. We firmly believe that Chattanooga's picturesque outdoor setting provides an ideal environment to forge profound connections and nurture a resilient community of girls who will grow into powerful women.
Join us on this transformative journey of growth, empowerment, and outdoor exploration!
